You might contact us to start private German lessons in Berlin. We handle your personal data with care and only store your email address and its content to enable the communication with you. We do not sale any data we receive during your German lessons or any data you enter at our platform (http://www.german-tutor-berlin.de) to other parties! But if you use our contact-form to send us an email we will receive and store the data you send us. Otherwise we could not communicate with you.
If you want your email address and the emails you send us being deleted, please contact us any time. Please also notice that we can not delete all relevant data once you had your first German lesson. Regarding German tax regulations we are obligated to store some relevant data of our customers for at least 10 years.
Additionally, we use "Gmail" for our communication and to send exercises (homework) for your German lessons. Email is used to avoid spam. Therefore, if you send us an email your email address and the content of this email will also be stored by "Gmail (Goggle)". We will also send the script of each German class after each lesson. This data is only used to know, for example, how many people were visiting our webpage.
We may contact you after you contacted us to start your German lessons. We only contact you to provide our services to you or to give you further information about the lessons you were asking for. We never contact you if you didn't get in touch with us first.
If you become a customer start having German lessons we may send you documents (for example invoices or pdf files for your homework), we may notify you regarding your German lessons, to schedule appointments, to troubleshoot problems with your lessons or payments, to resolve a dispute, to send updates about our company, or to update any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you through the ways of communication you have provided.
If you want us to stop sending you emails or if you want us to delete your emails and your contact information please get in touch via email. We will erase all your data stored on the GoDaddy address book as well as as on Gmail. Unfortunately, once you became a customer we can not erase all your data, such as invoices, as we need to store these documents refunding tax regulations.
